Le Coccinelle - Modular Container Reactor
The Coccinelle technology is ideal for companies looking for a small plant that can quickly be upgraded as input increases. Entsorga recommends this type of plant for tonnages below 25,000 tpa of waste input and where flexibility is a major requirement. It is easy to install, has a low capital cost, is modular and can easily be upgraded as waste inputs increase.
Turtle Q-Ring - Large Biocell Cement Structures Covered
Biocells with breathable fabric roof q-ringĀ® suitable for plants of up to 30.000 tpa capacity. The best solution for combining a low capex installment together with a high capacity requirement and excellent performance.
Q-Ring - MSW Biostabilisation System
The Q-Ring system for MSW biostabilisation and for the phase of compost curing in cumulus. The process works on open air, on insufflated plateau and with covering sheets. Entsorga has applied its own experience in composting to set up a management system for the maturation phase of composting, which is undertaken in static piles of approximately 300 cubic metres. Forced aeration improves ensures aerobic conditions in the windrow, reducing the possibility of bad odours whilst optimising the composting process.
BAT Q-Ring - Mobile Plant with Breathable Cover
The BAT Q-Ring plant allows to obtain sanitized and hygienic material from organic matrices such as that of MSW. The obtained material, from such treatment, can be used as covering material for landfill sites. By placing the waste material under specially designed sheets, during the bio-oxidation phase, the Entsorga technology allows for air circulation into the material so as to accelerate the bio-oxidation of the waste material.
Biofilters
Biofiltration is the proven and reliable technology for odour control in a wide range of industrial activity and in particular for composting and waste treatment plant. It is natural, adaptable, effective and affordable. Lots of human activity, from industrial to agricultural, on both small and large scale, must manage the problem of unpleasant odours emitted into the atmosphere. Odour reduction is a fundamental requirement not only in order to render the work environment more pleasant but most of all, so that local inhabitants accept the activity.
