EVTN - Model 8000 - V-Inline Separator System
Separates solids and oil from water at a rate of up to 5,000,000 gallons per day. The uniqueness of the V-inline Separator is its ability to separate contaminants, such as oil and sand, from large volumes of liquids and without any pressure drop, enabling it to be utilized in many different applications.

The V-inline Separator (above) can be easily mated to existing pipeline or equipment, supplied within a complete turnkey solution, or retrofitted into existing water treatment systems to improve the separation efficiency and reduce wastewater costs. EVTN - Model OS605 - Oil Block Absorption Cartridges
The Oil Block absorption cartridges are specifically designed and manufactured for the high efficiency removal of free dispersed oils from water. The cartridges are being successfully applied in the oil and gas industry, bilge water treatment systems, contaminated surface water run-off and other industrial process applications.
EVTN - Model OS507 - Dynamic Centrifugal Coalescer
The dynamic centrifugal coalescer increases the performance of produced water separation systems. Its effect is a combination of centrifugal force and a coalescer. An element (core) consisting of thousands of tubes (pore size 0.4 - 1.4mm) is rotated. The multi-phase liquid with different mass-densities passes through the core. Because of the centrifugal force, the droplets of the discontinuous phase coalesce on the walls of the tubes. Oil droplets >5 micron increase up to 200 micron. The DCC is a non-plugging coalescing technology and a proven solution for increasing the performance of produced water treatment systems.
EVTN - Model OS606 - Oil Clog Absorption Cartridges
The Oil Clog absorption cartridges are effective in various water treatment applications but have been specifically designed and manufactured for produced water treatment at oil and gas production facilities. They successfully remove free and dissolved hydrocarbons (TPH) and emulsified oils from water with great efficiency. The Oilclog™ cartridges are being successfully applied in the oil and gas industry, bilge water treatment systems, contaminated surface water run-off and other industrial process applications. The Oilclog absorption cartridge is filled with granulated organic material, impregnated with a powerful surfactant. This element absorbs the hydrocarbons very quickly and bonds with the oil. The water flows from top to bottom through the cartridge and the absorption media immediately reacts with the hydrocarbons. The OilClog™ cartridge will fit into standard Twin Filter cartridge filter units.
