The production of purified water is subject to stringent rules and specifications that must be strictly observed, placing exacting demands on system design. EnviroFALK Pharma Water Systems supplies PW systems completely made of stainless steel or optionally of PVDF-HP, and places the design focus on maximum microbiological safety and optimised efficiency.

We design CIP systems according to your individual needs and specifications or work with you to design the CIP system during the project phase of other ultrapure media units, or we tailor your systems for pharmaceutical water treatment – with all necessary components such as preparation tanks, dosing stations, feed pumps, heat exchangers, sampling points and any sensors required.

The LetzTOC measuring device was developed by us in-house for monitoring pharmaceutical water. It allows the total organic carbon content in a sample to be determined. LetzTOC complies with all European, American, and Japanese pharmacopoeia specifications for monitoring PW, WFI or pure steam.

Our ozone generators are compact and versatile and can be scaled in a range from 0.8 g O3/h to 10.0 g O3/h:

The active reduction of microorganisms with ultraviolet radiation is triggered by photochemical reactions on the nucleic acid of the microorganisms without requiring addition of foreign substances. The associated modification of the DNA prevents cell division of the microorganisms, meaning they can no longer multiply and are therefore no longer harmful to health. In addition to UV systems with a wavelength of 254 nm for disinfection and ozone reduction, we also supply systems with a wavelength of 185 nm, used to degrade organic components.
