The Aerodynamic Module (ADM) provides a unique solution to the problem of particulate removal from dry gas flow. The application of advanced aerodynamic engineering provides the means to attain particulate collection efficiencies in excess of 95% with low energy consumption. The ADM is characterized by its simple modular design with no moving parts or filters, compact size, high wearing tolerance, flexibility for installation, and high temperature tolerances. The unique capability of the ADM to be installed for horizontal, vertical or inclined gas flow, combined with its compact size, provides the opportunity for installation close to process equipment, with the recovered product returned to the process at the source of generation.

The Simatek Jet Air Filter, Series 3C, is based on a mechanical scavenging system, which is well-reputed for it`s excellent dependability and long life. The well coordinated low pressure scavenging has resulted in far lower emission values compared with a normal compressed-air scavenging. With its low pressure, individual bag cleaning capability, cleans bags 10 meters long maintaining low pressure losses in the process. A mechanical indexing system aligns individual cleaning nozzles with single bags to fully utilize each cleaning pulse. A large amount of energy can be transferred to the individual filter bags creating a uniform shock effect. A large volume of air forces out particles that are lodged deep in the filter media.

The 4T are an economical solution to suppress the emission of dust from industrial plants, and the investment is often paid back in terms of product recovery. The 4T are designed to meet the heavy demands from industry for substantial construction and reliability. The circular filter chamber contains a number of cylindrical filter bags mounted on strong support cages. The dust-laden air is led into the filter chamber, and the fine dust deposits on the outside of the filter bags. The air penetrates the filter bags, and the clean air is discharged through the outlet in the top section. The separated dust settles in the bottom of the filter from where it can be discharged in different ways, depending on the amount of dust and type of plant.

For efficient dust aspiration from intake pits, large air volumes and effective filters are required. Simatek intake pit filters are constructed as a flexible modular system, which can be tailored to suit both existing and newly established intake pits.

The spot filter is characterized by a simple and functional design which allows a very easy installation on conveyors and bucket elevators. The built-on fan sucks air through the filter section mounted directly on the machine, and discharges the cleaned air through a pipe exhaust. The dust is separated on the outside of the filter bags, and drops into the product stream when the automatic cleaning system scavenges the filter bags. Change of filter bags is easily accomplished through the large inspection door. The spot filter is also available without a built-on fan, for connection to a large central fan.

Universal elevators constitute a flexible and space-saving conveying system, designed for horizontal and vertical bulk moving operations. They are made as standard modules and are available in open or closed construction. Filling and discharge stations can be placed in numbers as required on the horizontal conveying sections, and can be operated manually, electrically, or pneumatically. As optional equipment, EPR offers a built in washing system, with integrated nozzles to wash the buckets and chains, with a hot air drying system. A separate, mobile washing station with integrated soap dosing, pump, drier, and control unit is also available.

Simatek 3C Filter, with the patented penitential `Clean In Place` nozzle system and fluid bed bottom, allows total cleaning of inside of collector without removing bags and cages. It has all the features of Series 3C. Our Experience within the field of supplying filters for the food industry forms the basis of the construction of both filter chamber and clean-air section.

The Simatek Filter Series SimaFlow (SF) is an automatic pulse-jet cleaning cartridge filter and it`s separation efficiency meets the strictest emission requirements. It is easily installed and maintained. Any service, including change of cartridges, is performed through the front door of the filter. The SimaFlow filter is available in 7 different sizes.
