Today`s shredding test is about the shredding of various silver materials. The aim is to shred the material so that it can then be fed into a melting process.

The recycling of waste paper and paper waste is of great economic and ecological importance. The more paper is recycled, the less wood has to be felled. With our shredders, we make a major contribution to the economic shredding of paper and cardboard. This also includes paper rolls as in our most recent customer example.

But thank god the first trucks will come in the next weeks and bring some parts to Switzerland to our current big project.

We are currently in the assembly phase of a new refrigerator recycling plant for one of our customers in Switzerland. Starting in summer 2022, up to 200 refrigerators per hour will be dismantled and professionally recycled there. The plant will enable recovery of all refrigerants and propellants and valuable raw materials such as aluminum, copper, iron and plastic.
It really is a major project! Already 25 of about 80 trucks have left our production and made their way to Switzer
The M465/2-570 two-shaft shredder is used by our customer for shredding e-bike components such as bicycle displays, circuit boards, chargers, cable sets, battery housings (without cells) and complete bicycle drive units. The machine can be filled directly from the platform via the feed flap. There is a small feed chute as a support to push the parts through the strip curtain into the hopper of the machine.
