We have extensive design capabilities. In addition to straightforward design and build air pollution abatement projects, our clients also benefit from: 3D modelling of all packages – we model using Plant 3D and export as .dwg and Navisworks, BIM integration, Optioneering and FEED contracts. All design and build contracts include a complete set of design deliverables as standard. All ERG design is backed by our Professional Indemnity Insurance. ERG’s typical scope of supply for new Air Pollution Control Systems is: Process, mechanical and electrical design.

ERG has a number of pilot plants available for hire. We use these to: Demonstrate the effectiveness of a selected technology route for your application. Optimise the air pollution control package arrangement. Provide temporary treatment of smaller gas flows while the full scale equipment is procured and installed.
