The Drum Top Cleaner is an inexpensive vacuum device capable of vacuuming chips and solids from machine tools and work areas as well as emptying coolant sumps of liquids and solids. The unit is designed to be used on an open top 55 gallon drum.

Eriez MetAlarm control units employ ‘Pulse Induction’ technology circuitry, which has a proven track record of being reliable and rugged in tough conditions. The MetAlarm controls are available in both mild steel painted (known as MA) and stainless steel (known as Quarrymaster or QM) versions. The QM models are also fitted with heater modules for use in cold conditions and have an optional belt clip detection facility for installations where belts have been repaired with metal clips. Both MA and QM models are also available in Hi Power versions that offer enhanced detection sensitivity whilst still maintaining ease of use and minimal on-site adjustments. These features ensure that all Eriez MetAlarm detectors are extremely practical for users in any industrial environment.

Eriez` unique Hi-Vi magnetic drive circuit provides a simple yet powerful solution to difficult material feeding applications. The smallest feeder in the line, this economical model will give precise feeding of the most minute amounts of materials. It is ideal for feeding a regulated amount of granular to small lump material from a hopper to a second process, in small packaging operations or laboratory use. These feeders control material flow from a few pounds per minute to 2 tons per hour.

Eriez HVF mechanical feeders are straight-forward, rugged, vibrating machines that move high volumes of bulk materials reliably and economically. The feeder is a two-mass vibrating system, spring coupled, excited by a motor-driven eccentric shaft. Adjustable-angle rubber springs transmit the exciting force which can “fine tune” the motion of the trough to optimize the feed rate for a specific application. Eriez Magnetic Head Pulleys are an ideal compact solution for the magnetic treatment of conveyed materials. Powerful magnets are used to automatically separate tramp iron and fine iron contaminants. These separators can be retro-fitted into existing conveyors or built in during conveyor design.

Eriez’ RevX-E® Eddy Current Separators feature an eccentric magnetic rotor for separation of nonferrous metals. The unit is designed with an eccentrically mounted magnetic rotor  within the non-conductive larger diameter shell. The eccentric rotor concentrates its eddy current forces into a zone of separation at the end of the belt. By focusing its field, this design ignores ferrous material in the flow.
