Erler & Kalinowski, Inc. performs comprehensive engineering services throughout the West and North America for a broad range of companies and government agencies. Our staff includes engineers, geologists, and scientists in three offices located in Northern and Southern California and Colorado. EKI provides environmental, and water, wastewater, and water resources services. EKI strives to develop relationships with clients by providing high quality, cost-effective solutions that answer the specific needs of our clients. We feel this objective can best be met through the efforts of an experienced and motivated staff. To this end, we work to recognize and add to the capabilities of our employees through a formal mentorship program and creation of a culture where mutual support is encouraged. EKI takes pride that over 90 percent of our work is through referrals or new business with existing clients.
