A closed-loop vehicle wash rack is a self-contained system that provides an efficient and environmentally friendly way of washing nearly any equipment, vehicle or set of parts. These vehicle wash systems reclaim the water used in the washing process, making them compliant with EPA Clean Water Act Regulations. They can also be built in-ground using concrete, but many are above-ground and portable.

ESD Waste2Water, Inc. manufactures a full line of portable wash bays for wash operations requiring mobility, discreet installation and minimal or no permitting. These flexible wash stations can fit golf carts, aircraft, oil rig equipment, construction equipment and more. Portable wash racks combine with wash water recycling systems, water cannons and pressure washers to create a closed-loop wash operation.

Fire trucks cannot do their jobs without water. Of course, fire trucks carry hoses to pump water from municipal fire hydrants. But carrying a supply of water on the truck is critical in case fire hydrants are inaccessible or nonexistent, as with wildland fires, or the hoses cannot connect.

Air sparging is an on-site remediation process utilized to treat soil and groundwater that has gotten contaminated by volatile organic compounds (VOCs). In this process, an injection well is drilled into the contaminated soil or water table. Pressurized air is injected through the well into the contaminated material, causing the hydrocarbons within the VOC to change state and dissolve into vapor.
