3D Design Services

ESI is pleased to offer 3D design capabilities to our current and future customers. The use of Bentley AutoPLANT has been implemented throughout the company and will allow the use of the latest AutoCAD technology to produce intelligent, three-dimensional production models under demanding deadline constraints. This software uses component and drawing data to dynamically link pertinent information to an external project database. This information can be used to create bill of materials, isometric drawings, and clash detection.

Construction Management Services

Although the majority of ESI’s work is EPC in nature, ESI does provide construction management services only, utilizing our same EPC field operations system. The construction management function is a key part of every EPC contract that ESI performs. At this stage of a project, we have purchased the best equipment, designed the facility, developed very specific bid packages and hired the best crafts people in the area. ESI is now in a position to expect the highest possible quality and safety from the subcontractor.
