Industrial Cleaning Services
The ESP group of companies provides a range of industrial cleaning services for both hazardous and non hazardous areas, these include: Non intrusive vessel and tank cleaning, specializing in hydrocarbon systems using intensive and high volume jet cleaning; sludge treatment and HAZMAT services can be provided as part of the cleaning system. HAZMAT contaminated equipment cleaning, including Mercury, Benzene and TENORM environments. High and ultra high pressure services for both process and structural requirements, including HEX cleaning, pipeline cleaning and HAZMAT decontamination services. We are experienced in the marine transport environment, such as tank and hull cleaning. Many of our services are offered using rope access or Decklite™ temporary working systems which give cost effective deployment for difficult locations.
Thermal Treatment
ESP International can provide a number of thermal solutions to suit a variety of remediation requirements, including: Indirect thermal desorption, Rotary heating separation, Steam separation systems. The use of a particular technology will depend on volume, type and contamination of the material to be treated. For smaller volumes, ESP has developed its own range of thermal equipment, based on rotary drying or steam separation; for larger more specialist projects, equipment is provided by our technology partners.
Hazardous Waste Management
ESPI provides assistance where operations are carried out in a HAZMAT environment; assistance can be either on a consultative or a contractual basis the latter ESPI will carry out the works as a contractor. We operate in Mercury, TENORM, Benzene and pyrophoric environments and have also carried out asbestos removal works. We are able to dispose of mercury waste to UN approved facilities. Our industrial cleaning group has wide experience in working under HAZMAT conditions, including tanks, process vessels, slug catchers, catalyst and sieve environments.
Sludge Treatment
ESPI has extensive experience in the removal and treatment of hydrocarbon sludge residues found in oil refineries, crude oil terminals and process facilities. We provide both mobile and permanent systems designed by our own engineers based upon a detailed analysis of the material to be treated. Treatment systems may include centrifugal separation, washing systems, thermal desorption, steam separation or simple bio-remediation. The system may also provide additional treatment of the recovered oil and water phases. ESPI designed systems will reduce sludge to environmental disposal standards, and in many systems may recover usable hydrocarbon which often make the process extremely economical. Our experience with many major companies and our formal quality environment and HSE systems which are designed to ISO standard ensure that our operations are carried out to the highest industry standard.
Site Services
ESP has a comprehensive plant maintenance capability and provide these services in some of the largest facilities of their kind. Services that can be provided include: Bolt fastening, UHP services, Plant turnaround services, NDT Inspection Services, Fabric Maintenance.
Specialist Access Services
ESPI subsidiary, ESP Rope Access is dedicated to providing specialist access solutions, including rope access and Decklite™ suspended work platforms. The company provided specialist access staff which can carry out inspection, NDT, welding, maintenance, industrial cleaning, painting, UHP operations and many other works at height or in confined space.
Hot Work Services
ESPI provides a hot work safety solution using specifically designed hot work habitats which enclose hot work activities in pressurized, fire retardant habitats allowing hot work to be carried out in a production environment without the need for shutdown. The habitats are totally flexible as regards space and size and can be provided with gas detection and shutdown systems for additional protection. The habitats are provided as a service with trained technicians for installation and management of the habitats during the hot work operation. As an additional service, ESPI can provide engineering assistance during hot work or planning activities and will carry out site surveys as part of this service.
