Dustomat - Model 4 - Mobile Dust Extractor

The technology and design of these new mobile dust extractors have undergone major further development. The new DUSTOMAT 4 mobile dust extractors offer significantly enhanced suction power and greater energy efficiency. Thanks to the innovative housing design this means improved extraction results and reduced power and compressed air consumption. The devices are suitable for virtually all sectors and work to effectively remove the dusts and shavings which are produced when machining metal, plastic and wood amongst other things. The permanent filter cartridges can be cleaned and offer a long service life.

Estmac - Model D Series - Dry Dust Extractors

The dry dust extractors of the ESTMAC D series are suitable as a compact and affordable extraction solution for the lower to medium performance segment. The units extract dry and pourable dusts and offer a wide range of applications for many sectors: the stationary dust extractors can be connected directly to sanding blocks, saws or extraction tables for single as well as for multi-station extraction, and combined with an extraction arm for selective dust collection. Thanks to their compact dimensions, the ESTMAC D dry dust extractors can be flexibly installed in changing locations.

Centrasog - Model CVS 2.0 - Central High Vacuum Dust Extraction System

The CENTRASOG CVS 2.0 combines side channel compressors, a filter unit and a control unit in a single housing into a compact unit that takes up very little space. The unit is available in three performance levels with a maximum air flow volume of 700 to 1,950 cubic meters per hour and a maximum partial vacuum of 19,000 to 13,000 Pascal. Depending on the device version, up to 15 extraction points can be operated simultaneously. The two-stage filter system with integrated cyclonic pre-separator and filter cartridge ensure effective filtration.

Tablebox - Model Air - Mobile Filter Device

As a mobile filter device for extracting welding fumes as well as free-flowing and dry dust, the AirBox® enables users to deploy it flexibly at different workplaces in production. The extraction arm with a rotating and swivelling extraction hood offers a very high level of flexibility for at-source collection. The AirBox®`s integrated pre-separation system sorts out coarse particles in advance, thus ensuring a long service life for the main filter. The filter cartridge is equipped with high quality filter material of dust class "M". Its separation efficiency is 99.9 %. The cartridge can be changed easily and conveniently. The AirBox® will also soon be available with the IFA test mark “W3” for extracting welding fumes when machining chrome-nickel steel.

VirBox - Air Purifier

The VirBox air purifier sucks in polluted air near the floor and directs it through a three-stage filter system. The filtered air is then fed back into the room via ventilation grids on the top of the system. The air circulation system ensures permanent air filtration in enclosed rooms.

Oil Mist Separators

Oilmac - Oil Mist Separators

OILMAC devices are usually installed directly on the enclosure of the machine and connected via a hose. The 3-stage filter system effectively absorbs the cooling lubricant mist and smoke that arises during the machining process. The separated cooling lubricant can be fed back into the machine. Thanks to a filtration performance of 99.95%, the filtered air is fed back into the work area directly on the upper side of the device.

Activebox - Mobile Odour Filter with Activated Carbon Cartridges

The ActiveBox® is suitable for stand-alone extraction wherever process-related, unpleasant odours arise. Thanks to activated charcoal cartridges, the devices effectively reduce odour pollution in the workplace. The additional G4 pre-filter also protects the activated charcoal cartridges (type A) from dusts and fumes. A flexible extraction arm with a flow-optimised hood is integrated into the "ActiveBox®" filter device for at-source collection.

TableBox Active - Mobile Extraction Table with Activated Carbon Cartridges

The TableBox® Active is good for wherever process-related, unpleasant odours occur. The activated carbon cartridges enable the devices to effectively reduce odour pollution in the workplace. The additional G4 pre-filter also protects the activated carbon cartridges (type A) from smoke. The attached side wall cladding ensures a very high level of odour collection across the table surface. And, to top it off, the process air is filtered through the activated carbon (type A) and can be returned to the working chamber.

Extraction Fan

Esta - Model RG Series - Medium Pressure Extraction Fans

Medium-pressure fans for exhaust air operation without filtration. Dust, fumes or vapours need not always be filtered. RG extraction fans designed for extraction operation work together with capture elements (e.g. an extraction arm) to extract dust- and fumous air and directed to the required area unfiltered via a pipe system. The RG series devices are suitable for granulates or as a feed blower for ventilation of rooms, tanks and shafts.
