B-Type sealing machines have four standard working cycles: Sealing, Vacuum and sealing, Gas and sealing, Vacuum, gas and sealing, Vacuum, gas, vacuum and sealing. It is also possible to create a completely customized working cycle with any combination of the functions. All the parameters, including those of standard cycles, can be adjusted and saved in the program.

Advanced Technology for Simple Operation: V-Type sealing machines feature the Active Cycle Control cycle, which helps automate the entire sealing process for a batch of product. Thus, once a process is set, it can be repeated over and over again, as the sealing machine remembers the selected parameters. This is possible thanks to the four standard cycles plus one custom working cycle that can be programmed into the V-Type sealing machines. The memorized parameters ensure constant temperature, pressure and sealing time throughout the working cycle.

I-Type sealing machines are used for heavy-duty applications in industrial environment. They use impulse heating and rely on Digital Temperature Measurement to set the correct heating level for each type of material. At the same time, once the sealing temperature is set for a batch process, it is maintained until the end of the process. The I-Type sealing machines feature pneumatic sealing bar closing for the most challenging materials.
