European Heathyards provides a comprehensive array of tubular fabricationservices that includes tube bending, manipulation and high integrity welding. Our purpose built 110,000 sq ft workshop and storage facility is equipped to deal with the manufacture and assembly of high pressure tube components and manipulation across the entire range of steels.

European Heathyards are one of the UK’s foremost pipe fabrication and pipe welding companies with over 45 years fabrication experience in low and high pressure pipework and pipe welding. Our highly skilled team are amongst the most experienced in the pipe industry – trained in the latest fabrication, cutting and welding techniques in accordance with current practices and legislation. As testimony all our high integrity pressure pipework work is carried out in accordance with ISO9001:2015 – the quality standard for business management.

European Heathyards have been specialising in the fabrication, welding and upgrading of large castings ranging, from 5okg to 50,000kg, for over 15 years. During this time we have developed our own proven manufacturing techniques and are responsible for the welding, fabrication and upgrades of thousands of large castings installed in process plant and power stations around the world.

European Heathyards offer an extensive array of steel and plate fabrication from the smallest bench fabrication to a lifting capacity of 100 tonnes. Typically we manufacture to customers requirements and specification but are equally adept at offering value added input at the design and materials specification stage.

European Heathyards are one of the UK’s leading specialists in pipe bending and tube manipulation. With 9 tube bending machines and 3000+ tools our tube manipulation capacity ranges from straight forward cold bending to complex tube bundles, helical coils and close radius return beds.
