European Heathyards are one of the UK’s leading specialists in pipe bending and tube manipulation. With 9 tube bending machines and 3000+ tools our tube manipulation capacity ranges from straight forward cold bending to complex tube bundles, helical coils and close radius return beds.
European Heathyards are capable of tube bending 6mm o/d to 219mm o/d radius using various types of cold tube bending, induction tube bending and mandrel tube bending techniques.
We pride ourselves on our fast pipe bending service. With 2000+ tools most replacement bends can be made in a very short lead time.
If CAD drawings or templates of replacement tubes are unavailable, European Heathyards will arrange an expert on site measuring service to resolve the problem.
