Air Shower Systems
Exyte - Rotation Air Shower
Air showers prevent the transfer of dust particles into cleanrooms through entering personnel. Exyte Technology offers Rotation Air Showers (RSE) for all cleanroom classes. Before entering the cleanroom, each person goes through an air shower, preventing the transfer of dust particles. The modular design of the Rotation Air Shower is a unique feature.
Exyte - Tunnel Air Shower
Personnel air showers minimize the transfer of dust particles on cleanroom clothing into cleanrooms. Exyte Technology offers Rotation Air Showers for rooms with low frequency and Tunnel Air Showers for the entering of several persons at the same time. To achieve an optimal personnel flow the modular designed Tunnel Air Showers can be put together to air showers of different sizes. The Tunnel Air Shower offers a high cleaning effect and is designed for all cleanroom classes.
Filter Fan Units
Exyte COMPACT - Filter Fan Unit
Due to ist low overall height the FFU COMPACT is particularly suited für cleamrooms with low plenums. Depending on the configuration of the filter coverage and the filter classes, cleanroom classes of 1.0 to 8.0 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 can be achieved. The FFU COMPACT is available in the following configurations: FFU COMPACT AC with alternating current motor; FFU COMPACT EC with EC-motor and advanced control and monitoring possibility. The FFU COMPACT EC is protected by patent.
Exyte CWIC - Filter Fan Unit
The CWIC System is a versatile system. Individual Filter Fan Units (CWIC modules) can be connected to form different size cleanroom ceilings, e. g. for machine enclosures, clean benches or clean work cabins. The modular design enables fast and low-cost cleanroom construction that can be suspended from the ceiling or supported from the floor by pedestals. Depending on the load of additional components, a range of 4800 mm without support pedestals or suspensions is possible. The following cleanliness classes can be achieved: ISO 1 to ISO 8 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1, as well as class: A, B, C or D according to EC Guide (GMP). This product is protected by patent.
Exyte - Filter Fan Unit
Due to the simple construction the FFU offers a good compromise in matters of power consumption, sound power level and price. The FFU ECO 2 is in particular suitable for applicatioons in non-unidirectional (turbulent) airflow cleanrooms. Depending on the configuration of the filter coverage and of filter classes, cleanroom classes ISO 3.0 to ISO 8.0 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 can be reached. The FFU ECO 2 is available with a alternating current motor or a EC-motor. This product is protected by patent.

Cleanroom Products
Exyte - Intelligent Topology Area Controller
The iTAC (intelligent Topology Area Controller) from Exyte Technology is an independent unit for the control and monitoring of individual FDs (Fan Devices) or complete FD groups in the clean room technology. The iTAC has 10 output channels. Up to 63 FDs can be connected to each channel. A total of 630 FDs are thus possible. A Linux AM9 controller is embedded in the iTAC which makes possible the fast configuration and installation of all components in the field using DCI (Daisy Chain Installation). 10 LEDs indicate the connection status. Another 10 LEDs signal the network communication. Using an integrated 3.5 inch LCD screen and a rotary switch, the user can navigate through various screen menus and make inputs. The iTAC can be controlled via TCP/IP from a PC on which the CRiSxt software is installed or can be used as an independent device („standalone“ operation).
Exyte - Cleanroom Control System
The CRiSxt control system (including hardware and software) is used to manage and monitor networks of up to 70,000 units via LonWorks. Management, monitoring, operation, display and parameterization are carried out on a computer.
Exyte - Speed Controller
The Speed Controller is intended for speed control of EC motors with 10V reference output and 0-10V control signal.
