The Micro features a fully sealed one-piece high tensile steel body construction for high strength with guaranteed no leakages. The body ejects and discharges waste by tipping and is designed with extreme versatility to the needs of door-to-door collections. It is compact and very manoeuvrable; an ideal solution where restricted access is a problem and excellent manoeuvrability is required.

The side discharging POD version of the MICRO allows the independent collection of two different waste streams with no cross-contamination. Rear loading is represented by a one-piece body which is the same specification as the standard version of the MICRO and has the ability to collect various materials using semi-compaction. An additional covered side loading POD compartment is located in the space between the rear of cab and front of the Micro body, resulting in the collection of a different waste stream of refuse. Fitted with an independent bin lifter for emptying small bins, the POD comes with no compaction mechanism. The discharge of this second type of waste is achieved through simple tipping of the POD compartment, from the side opposite to the loading side.

The smaller ‘mini’ PN DR represents the lighter version of the PN range with which it shares the same packing system and the single body structure for refuse unloading. This version is intended for those areas of collection which require small chassis with very limited dimensions and GVW (from 6.5 t to 10 t GVW). Therefore, it represents the ideal solution for those situations which require an extreme compactness of the vehicle yet requires optimum packing performance and structural characteristics higher than those of the alternative mini-compactors.

The PN SF version of PN is designed to meet the needs of operation where medium collection volumes are required, (7.5 m3 – 10 m3), and intended for chassis sizes from 10 t – 12 t GVW. The aim is to combine a compact and sturdy compaction mechanism with a limited chassis tare weight, allowing the equipment to achieve excellent payloads even with a chassis limited GVW.

PN is the originator and founding equipment in this range of compactors, as well as the most developed and high performing solution. Suitable for chassis from 12 t to 18 t of GVW (with versions from 10,13 and 15 cubic metres capacity). The unloading system is common to the entire PN series range, but in this version the ejection plate system includes a hydraulically driven “sliding plate scraper”, that again allows the complete removal of the waste in the hopper during waste ejection.

The new Farid rear loader T1 PLUS represents the perfect combination between experience and innovation in the choice of materials, electronics and hydraulic components. The model T1 is one of the most popular refuse compactors in Europe and ensures a high level of performance, versatility, operational efficiency and durability. An extremely modern and high-performance electronic system based on CanBus protocols, a completely redesigned software, allow the range T1 PLUS to respect all the safety rules in force, optimising operational and control functions.

The rear compactor T2 represents the product of the highest range of rear compactors manufactured by Farid. This compactor uses the best technical swinging link compaction solutions available in the industry. The result is a compactor with top-of-the-range performance, associated with a great reliability and robustness of each item, with a modern and functional design.

The new PLUS range of FMO represents the perfect synthesis between experience and search for new solutions applied to the collection operation to maximize profitability and efficiency. The design uses electronic and hydraulic components of latest generation, to ensure top class results, but at the same time a long life of the equipment and full compliance with the safety standards.

SLF, distributed exclusively by Farid on the Italian market, represents a modern and high performance solution of automatic equipment with gripper designed for bin collection. The speed of the gripping assembly handling cycle has been optimized thanks to the software and the use of proportional hydraulics that allow to achieve always the best emptying time for each type of container handled, while ensuring extreme quietness and comfort for the operator.

The front loading Euro Half Pack is a highly efficient waste collection equipment, it is robust and efficient and can handle containers up to 3,630 Kg thereby providing the best lifting capacity in its category. The Euro Half Pack is bench marked by a standard of absolute robustness and safety, benefiting from the many years of front end loader vehicle experience of Hillend Engineering. The completely automatic gathering, levelling and unloading of containers reduces the risk of spillage of material and of damage to the containers.
