FAS North Africa products

The FAS-Propane-Air-Mixing Units FAS-4000 very often are also designated as „CNG-LPG-Mixer“ and serve for the production of SNG (Synthetic Natural Gas respectively Substitute Natural Gas). The main application purposes of these LPG-Air-Mixing Units are the standby supply in the natural gas grid (CNG), the compensation and managing of peak loads and peak periods, the temporary supply of SNG in case of larger repair works required in the natural gas grid or during installation until completion of new natural gas supply lines.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) has to be transshipped and stored temporarily several times from the production up to final destination at customer site. In order to facilitate this process and to increase safety the FAS-loading arms are equipped with swivel joints and lifting cylinders for variable and vertically adjustable connection to a tank wagon or a road tanker. This technology provides a safe and environmentally friendly loading and off-loading of LPG.

The FAS measuring plants are especially suitable for the refueling process of road tankers, rail tank cars as well as vessels and are available as installation respectively conversion kit, but also completely pre-assembled in cabinet construction for outdoor installation. Depending on customer´s requirement an equipment of measuring system with operator keyboard, printer, hose reel, breakaway coupling, pump unit and data interface for PC connection is possible.
