SafeFAST Class I type safety cabinets provide operator and environmental protection but are not designed to protect the product. The unit is an open-fronted exhaust cabinet inside of which operator can carry out manipulations of low and moderate risk biological agents.

Special Cabinets
SafeFAST - Special Customized Class II Microbiological Safety Cabinets
SafeFAST XXL are special customized class II microbiological safety cabinets conceived to house automatic laboratory robots. The design is similar to a microbiological safety cabinet suitable for the safe handling and containment of micro-organism and pathogens - as it conforms for the main requirements to the EN 12469:2000 European Standard, with 70% of the air re-circulated via the main Class H14 HEPA/ULPA filter within the cabinet, whilst the remaining 30% is discharged through an exhaust Class H14 HEPA/ULPA filter.
Class I Microbiological Safety Cabinets
SafeFAST - Faster
SafeFAST Elite Class I are microbiological safety cabinets according to EN 12469:2000. They are designed to provide operator and environmental protection but are not designed to protect the product. The unit is an open-fronted exhaust cabinet inside of which operator can carry out manipulations of low and moderate risk biological agents. The room air flowing in to provide containment and before being exhausted, the air is filtered through a G3 pre-filter and an H14 HEPA/ULPA filter.

Laminar Airflow Cabinets
FlowFAST - Positive Pressure ISO Class 3 Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinets
FlowFAST V are positive pressure ISO Class 3 vertical laminar flow cabinets which represent far more economical and valid alternatives to clean-rooms, as they are capable of providing uncontaminated, particle-free and sterile conditions for materials in the work-space. They guarantee and maintain excellent product protection factors by offering a positive pressure particle-free working area by virtue of the G3 prefilter with a minimum efficiency of 80%-90% ASHRAE and the H 14 HEPA/ULPA filter with an efficiency better than 99,995 % MPPS (H14 - EN:1822).

Faster CFU units have been designed for the pharmaceutical industry to control the problem of powder contamination and reduce operator`s exposure to powder; namely, the units protect the powder from blowing about and cross-contaminating other areas and products, and protect the operator from inhalation of potentially hazardous pharmaceuticals. Primarily conceived for the pharmaceutical industry, they can be used whenever there is a risk of dust contamination.
