The stator, 24-slot lamination made, has been thought to obtain maximum electrical performance and it is hermetically sealed. The external sleeve and bottom cover are in stainless steel AISI 304 to avoid the corrosion when these parts are in contact with the water. The winding, asynchronous type, studied to work perfectly also with inverter “Inverter Resistant” type. The upper support, G25 cast iron with electrophoresis treatment and protected by a stainless steel top cover. The upper and lower ball bearings, duly oversized to assure long life to the motors.

IC-DUAL control panels are studied to control a single-phase submersible electropump helped by two capacitors, to assure high starting torque. At start-up, when a certain voltage is reached on the second capacitor the voltmetric relay deactivates the electrolytic capacitor.

WELL control panels are studied for the control of submersible electropumps, sewage pumps and surface pumps. As they are very easy in the installation, they grant to the electropump complete protection.

Thermocontroller to be inserted in the control panel, suitable for the submersible motor temperature survey by PT 100 temperature sensor. The controller act if the motor exceed the presetted thresholds. The thermocontroller operates interrupting the motor supply by the line contactor inside the control panel. It is possible to avail another output of the regulator, that may be used for alarm warnings.
