Fiberdur - Filament Wound Pipes

Fiberdur filament-wound pipes “Fiberdur VE 10/16” are manufactured from Vinylester and glassfibre rovings in filament winding process. The automated production process followed by hot curing ensures high and constant mechanical strength.

Fiberdur - Filament Wound Pipes

Fiberdur filament-wound pipes “Fiberdur EP 10/16” are manufactured from Epoxy resin and glassfibre rovings in filament winding process. The automated production process followed by hot curing ensures high and constant mechanical strength. Fiberdur pipe systems are available in the standard product range with nominal diameters of 25-1200 mm for pressures 16 and 10 bar (nominal pressure). Other pressure classes are available on request. Our pipes are supplied with integral bell and spigot ends. This design allows fast installation in the case of long and mainly straight runs both for buried and overground applications. All pipes are available in Navicon (electrically conductive) or with lock seal joint. We recommend epoxy resin for applications with higher temperatures.

Fiberdur - filament-Wound Pipes

Fiberdur filament-wound pipes “Fiberdur CSVE 16/10” are manufactured from Vinylester with a special chemical protection layer. They are available in the standard product range with nominal diameters of 25-1200 mm for pressures 16 and 10 bar (nominal pressure). Nominal diameters up to 2000 mm are available on request. CSVE pipes are hotcured in a curing station at a temperature of more than 90°C. This curing results in a thorough impregnation of the elementary fibres. Production lengths of the pipes are approx. 6 m for DN 25-80, 10 m for DN 100 and larger.

Fiberdur - Filament Wound Pipes

Fiberdur filament-wound pipes “Fiberdur CSEP 16/10” are manufactured from epoxy resin with a special chemical protection layer. They are available in the standard product range with nominal diameters of 25-1200 mm for pressures 16 and 10 bar (nominal pressure). CSEP pipes are hotcured in a curing station at a temperature of more than 150°C. This curing results in a thorough impregnation of the elementary fibres.

Fiberdur - Filament Wound Pipes

Fiberdur filament-wound pipes “Fiberdur ISO CS-EP 16/10” are manufactured from epoxy resin with a special chemical protection layer. They are available in the standard product range with nominal diameters of 25 - 300 mm for pressures 16 and 10 bar (nominal pressure). As of DN 350 the dimensions correspond to our Fiberdur CSEP 16 10 System. CSEP pipes are hotcured in a curing station at a temperature of more than 90°C. This curing results in a thorough impregnation of the elementary fibres.  Our pipes are supplied with integral bell and spigot ends. This design allows fast installation in the case of long and mainly straight runs both for buried and overground applications. All pipes are available in Navicon (electrically conductive) or with lock seal joint.

Fiberdur - Special Products

Flexidur - GRP Pipes

Fiberdur GRP Pipes Type E are made according to DIN 19965 from insaturated Polyester resin and textile fibre glass.

Flexidur - Water Distribution System and Winter Pipes

For the water distribution system and winter pipes in cooling towers Fiberdur developed a new GRP piping system “Flexidur” which could be used allowing a pressure resistance up to 6 bars and an angle-flexible connection up to 6 degrees.

Riser - Water Well Pipe

Fiberdur is operating nationally and internationally in the water-well industry. We supply a wide range of products made from GRP, stainless steel and from other materials related to the water-well industry. These products like casings, screens, riser pipes and their accessories are mainly used in water wells. Glassfibre reinforced piping systems are absolutely resistant to rotting and corrosion. Piping elements have got low weight even though equipped with high consistency and stability against vibration. Due to our fully developed screw-free connection technology installation works can be made fast and worth the money. The low dead weight of the piping system pays off in easy handling and transport. GRP pumping riser pipes are, furthermore maintenance free, so that Fiberdur solution is extremely profitable in the long-term.

Fibernuclear - Piping System

Fiberdur developed a special GRP piping system for applications in nuclear power stations. The design of this economic pipe system is in full accordance with the security rules of nuclear power stations. Glass fibre reinforced pipe systems have many advantages compared to the traditional materials. The have proven to be corrosion free, maintenance free, fire resistant and low weight.

Fiberdur - Thermothan Pipeline Systems

Fiberdur Thermothan pipeline systems are pre insulated. For the conduction of hot water or condensates in long-distance energy supply systems, as well as thermal waters and hot or cold media in process engineering, Fiberdur provides pre-insulated corrosion-proof Thermothan pipeline systems. Thermothan consists of prefabricated pipe components including a Fiberdur medium-carrying pipe made of glass fibre reinforced epoxy or vinylester resin, a circular-shaped heat insulator made of rigid expanded polyurethane and an external water-tight jacket pipe made of impact-resistant polyethylene (HDPE).
