The Novitool Aero Splice Press offers the latest technology to create a superior endless splice, typically in less than 10 minutes.  All necessary components are compactly self-contained, making the press easy to use, store, and transport. Novitool Aero 325 Splice Press also available to splice belts that drive live rollers.

The Novitool Amigo Splice Press splices monolithic belting, ensuring tight pitch tolerance and no pinholes. Accuracy, speed, and operator safety are fully integrated into the Amigo design, making it an ideal splicing tool for in-shop or on-site splicing.

The Novitool^® Pun M™ Mobile Finger Punch is designed to effortlessly punch fingers into PU and PVC conveyor belts in preparation for installing endless splices. Depending on the desired finger dimensions, Flexco offers a variety of punchboards for the Pun M, including custom punchboards. Novitool^® Pun M™ NDX Mobile Finger Punch also available to punch belts that drive live rollers.

The Novitool Ply 130 Ply Separator cuts between the plies of conveyor belting for belt splice preparation. Plies can be split as deep as 5” (130 mm) in one action, making the tool perfect for preparing stepped splices and for recessing mechanical fasteners.
