Poly-Mate® Polymer Injection Systems can be used for either liquid or dry polymer mixing and injection. The Poly-Mate® Models 250 through 2000 are designed to be used with liquid polymer, which is manually added to the batch tank. An electric agitator is used for dispersing and blending the neat polymer with water. The dilute solution is then injected via pump into the Mix Mate manifold producing uniformly flocculated sludge ready to be dewatered.Mix Mate
The Mix Mate is used for rapid and thorough mixing of two or more liquid streams. It is especially effective as a sludge-polymer mixing device, because the Mix Mate produces uniformly flocculated sludge ready to be dewatered.Separation
Mud Cleaner
The Combo Cleaner combines hydrocyclones and a Vibratory Screen to provide liquid/solids separation at a high flow rate. As a first stage, the slurry is processed through the hydrocyclones, the cleaned liquid is carried out the Hydrocyclone overflow and the concentrated underflow (solids) are deposited on a vibratory screen deck. The screen deck imparts a rapid linear motion, producing an energy force that dewaters and conveys the solids to the discharge end of the screen. The screened liquid flows into a collection pan located below the screen deck. The cleaned liquid overflow from the hydrocyclones and the screened liquid may be blended together.Hydrocylones

Flo Trend® Systems" Clear Flo Clarifier is a portable inclined-plate clarifier with a flash-floc tank and motorized rake for discharging collected sludge. With a pre-flock tank, this unit is able to handle flow of up to 80 gpm with 500 ppm to 100 ppm solids. (Higher concentrations of solids can be processed with a corresponding higher flow rate of concentrated sludge removed from the collection tank of the clarifier.) The Clear Flo Clarifier comes with a Mix Mate manifold for mixing polymer with sludge prior to entering the flash-floc tank.
