The WL barrier is our most popular water barrier. It is very hardwearing and designed for regular use with fast deployment. It has integrated weights along the leading edge as ballast and once rolled out is ready for us. The WL barrier is used by councils, water companies, the Environment Agency and anyone with infrastructure to protect.

The WP barrier is designed for flood control, but for occasional use, ideal for residential situations. The WP is the lightest model, but does need ballasting bags along the front edge so takes longer to deploy than the rapid WL.

The perfect tool to save time and preserve the environment whilst keeping costs low!. The WA barrier is specially designed to be installed in watercourses. It can be used to create water reserves in rivers and brooks.

The WT barrier has release holes to allow pollution to be controlled in watercourses, whilst allowing fresh water to flow. It can be used in conjunction with oil sorbents to control spills. The barrier features openings at its base that can be operated to let clean water flow through. The pollutant is collected at the surface where it builds up long enough to be treated. The release holes can be opened or closed during use.

Details are provided below: THE WATER-GATE BARRIER is a temporary flood barrier which is unique in the way that once rolled out, it self deploys. It uses the weight of the water to hold the water back.

Puddle pumps are a special kind of submersible pump that have the ability to pump to very low levels of water. They are ideal for draining water from flat surfaces and dealing with seepage. A normal submersible pump is unable to pump to low levels of water, and if not fully submersed, may burn out. A puddle pump does not require any prior installation works, and it is portable so can be used in different areas depending on where the water is coming from.

Sump pumps are fantastic in flood defence schemes, but they must be submersed in water to function correctly. They are often permanently wired in and installed into sumps. When coupled with an automatic float switch they are perfect for passive flood defence schemes.
