Flownamics Seg-Flow - Automated Sampling System

The Seg-Flow S3 Automated Sampling System by Flownamics allows precise and efficient bioprocess monitoring and control. Designed with robust hardware, the system features intelligent pinch valves and non-contact ultrasonic sensors. The system's user interface provides intuitive menus, live flow path status, and reagent level information. LED status lights indicate sampling phases and cleaning sequences. The Sample-Mod S3 module facilitates sample pre-dilution and can distribute samples to multiple analyzers or filling systems. The central Reagent-Manifold cleans and disinfects the sampling fluid path. Additionally, samples can be stored in a temperature-controlled FlowFrac 1000 Fraction Collector to maintain integrity. The Seg-Flow S3 supports multiple analytical integrations through its communication interface and FlowWeb control software, which collects data from integrated instruments and exports it to any OPC-enabled SCADA system. The FlowFrac 1000 is capable of standalone operation through USB commands, independent of other Flownamics products. The Director can aliquot samples from larger tubes or vials into microtiter plates or smaller vials, boosting efficiency and minimizing labor costs. Optional integrations include the Peltier+ module to keep samples chilled and a Raman Modeling Module for interfacing with various Raman platforms. It supports various rack and vial sizes, including 2ml HPLC vials, 50ml conical tubes, and custom configurations exclusive to Flownamics racks. Ideal for both standardized and custom applications, the Peltier+ streamlines sample management by eliminating the need for additional setup or training. The system's dimensions are 13.25” W x 20.375” D x 5.5” H, with a weight of 15 lbs. A front display provides real-time coolant temperature readings. Microtiter plates can also be accommodated, with each cooling plate holding up to two plates.
