Flownamics Seg-FlowModel S3 - Automated Sampling System

The Seg-Flow S3 Automated Sampling System by Flownamics allows precise and efficient bioprocess monitoring and control. Designed with robust hardware, the system features intelligent pinch valves and non-contact ultrasonic sensors. The system's user interface provides intuitive menus, live flow path status, and reagent level information. LED status lights indicate sampling phases and cleaning sequences. The Sample-Mod S3 module facilitates sample pre-dilution and can distribute samples to multiple analyzers or filling systems. The central Reagent-Manifold cleans and disinfects the sampling fluid path. Additionally, samples can be stored in a temperature-controlled FlowFrac 1000 Fraction Collector to maintain integrity. The Seg-Flow S3 supports multiple analytical integrations through its communication interface and FlowWeb control software, which collects data from integrated instruments and exports it to any OPC-enabled SCADA system. It provides multiple feed control options, handling up to 8 vessels or process streams and delivering samples to 4 analyzers or fraction collectors.

Several feed control options are available with the Seg-Flow® automated sampling system, which can control 2 pumps per vessel. Existing off-line and at-line analytics are seamlessly integrated into a multi-functional on-line PAT tool through the Seg-Flow® system’s communication interface and FlowWeb™ control software. The FlowWeb™ software simultaneously acquires all integrated instrument data and can export the data to any OPC-enabled SCADA for enhanced process monitoring and control.
