Dosing pumps are perfect when it comes to injecting a chemical or fluid accurately. The dosing pumps can be membrane or plunger, and offer great precision at low flow rates and high pressures. Automatic flow control can be done by frequency inverter or by varying the stroke of the pump. Some models offer a wide range of flow rates with a 1: 3000 ratio between the lowest and highest flow rate, being valid for small dosages as well as for high flow shocks. The industries in which they are usedmost are oil and gas, chemical industry, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages. Centrifugal pumps are used when low viscous fluids have to be transferred at high flow rates. Typical applications are: Transfer pump between tanks, tanker discharge pump, pressure group, network pressure lift pumps, IBC or drum discharge pump. In Fluideco we are experts in selecting and supplying the pump of our range that best suits for your operation. Depending on the fluid and the process conditions, it may be necessary to install a magnetic coupling between pump and motor (magnetic centrifugal pump), or a mechanical seal with lubrication and cooling system (API Plan).

Helicoidal screw pumps, also known as progressive cavity pumps, are positive displacement pumps with great advantages: Ideal pump for the transfer of fluids with fragile solids, pumps suitable for viscous and abrasive fluids, continuous and uniform flow without pulsations, flow rate adjustable by frequency inverter. Depending on the delivery pressure, the helicoidal screw pump can be equipped with one or more stages. When the pump is installed in a hazardous area, in Fluideco we supply ATEX helicoidal pumps.

The Peristaltic pumps are pumps of positive displacement in which the rotor is not in contact with the fluid, which gives great advantages: pump suitable for viscous and abrasive fluids, self-priming pump, can work dry without damage, flow pump adjustable by frequency inverter, easy maintenance. To achieve a certain flow rate there are two factors of choice: hose diameter and speed of rotation. Caution must be taken and high rotation speeds must be avoided to ensure the longest possible service life of the hose. Pneumatic pumps, also known as double-diaphragm pumps, are positive-displacement pumps driven by pressurized air with the following advantages: Optimum pump for transfer of chemical products. Fluid pump with high suspended solids content. Self-priming pump. Can work dry without damage. It does not need safety valve, when closing the pressure valve, the pressure stabilizes and the flow rate is zero. Flow pump adjustable by means of a simple air pressure regulator. When the pump is installed in a hazardous area, in Fluideco we supply ATEX Pneumatic double membrane pumps.

We are responsable for the process. In addition to the supply of equipment, we make the calculations and programming the control loops to manage the injection of products depending on the variables of the main circuit (pH, oxygen, etc.).

FLUIDECO sampling systems are used in power plants and in those industrial processes where it is needed to CONTROL AND MONITOR WATER QUALITY. In power plants it is needed to control the water/steam cycle characteristics in order to avoid damage to the components of the circuit as the steam turbine and the boilers. In order to analyze the water’s parameters, we design and manufacture a complete sampling system where the sample is conditioned to achieve suitable values of temperature, pressure and particles content that fit perfectly with the analyzer’s requirements.

Natural gas has no smell and is highly explosive. Regulations DVGW (German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water), require odorization in exact quantities, in order to detect every leak, no matter how slight, during distribution, reloading or transport. Therefore Natural gas must be processed with absolutely leakproof systems. To achieve gas odorization accomplishing with Regulations DVGW, FLUIDECO odorizing systems precisely inject a strong smelling substance. In FLUIDECO odorizing systems, the odorant is metered reliably, proportionally and economically.

Our pumping equipment is used for the unloading of tank trucks or for transfer between tanks, using centrifugal pumps.

To increase the pressure in the local water networks we manufacture hydropneumatic systems. One or more centrifugal pumps raise the water pressure, which is stored in pressurized reservoirs with an elastic membrane to maintain the mains pressure and the centrifugal pumps have the fewest starts possible.
