We are responsable for the process. In addition to the supply of equipment, we make the calculations and programming the control loops to manage the injection of products depending on the variables of the main circuit (pH, oxygen, etc.).

FLUIDECO sampling systems are used in power plants and in those industrial processes where it is needed to CONTROL AND MONITOR WATER QUALITY. In power plants it is needed to control the water/steam cycle characteristics in order to avoid damage to the components of the circuit as the steam turbine and the boilers. In order to analyze the water’s parameters, we design and manufacture a complete sampling system where the sample is conditioned to achieve suitable values of temperature, pressure and particles content that fit perfectly with the analyzer’s requirements.

Natural gas has no smell and is highly explosive. Regulations DVGW (German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water), require odorization in exact quantities, in order to detect every leak, no matter how slight, during distribution, reloading or transport. Therefore Natural gas must be processed with absolutely leakproof systems. To achieve gas odorization accomplishing with Regulations DVGW, FLUIDECO odorizing systems precisely inject a strong smelling substance. In FLUIDECO odorizing systems, the odorant is metered reliably, proportionally and economically.

Our pumping equipment is used for the unloading of tank trucks or for transfer between tanks, using centrifugal pumps.

To increase the pressure in the local water networks we manufacture hydropneumatic systems. One or more centrifugal pumps raise the water pressure, which is stored in pressurized reservoirs with an elastic membrane to maintain the mains pressure and the centrifugal pumps have the fewest starts possible. In Fluideco we manufacture hydropneumatic systems in stainless steel 316SS, 304SS and in carbon steel.
