Fluidesa - Model GAC - Active Carbon Filter Cartridges

These Cartridges act by means of a physicochemical property of the active carbon (adsorption) and in some cases associated with the filtration action of various filtering materials. AQUA uses various active granulated carbon, suggesting the most appropriate types according to the conditions and diverse needs of filtering required. Our active granulated carbon extracted from vegetable coco fruit has characteristics that are very suitable for treating water in general.

Fluidesa - Model FR-E Series - Melt-Blown Sediment Filter Cartridges

Our FR-E series, is a break through in technology granting an interesting option to our consolidated and outstanding FR-N series. Because of our melt-blown fabrication and procedure, these FR-E series grant a true compromise for those applications that require a just Price/Quality performance ratio. During the manufacturing phase, and without the essence of the internal core, these cartridges grant a perfect and compact resistance of filtration. Thanks to the method of fabrication and experience gained with our exceptional FRN series, these series offer a mere absence of particle media loss. Vast chemical compatibility because made only with 100% pure polypropylene, insuring nearly infinite applications Laboratory tests show that these series are guaranteed to give at least 80% efficiency of stated particle size confirming its perfect price/quality ratio.

Fluidesa - Model FR-N Series - Melt-Blown Sediment Cartridges

Our depth cartridges FR-N Series are designed to obtain a high efficiency and filtration of various liquids having impurity. Using only 100% pure polypropylene they are manufactured through state of the art technology. They are generally used in applications that require extremely high quality filtration. During the manufacturing process, the polypropylene is mixed with compressed hot air. Then it is stratified on a rigid polypropylene core through a continues and constant rotating movement. This process infuses and intersects the polypropylene fibres amongst themselves. This creates the so called “Depth Cartridge” guaranteeing a uniform filtration along all the surface of the cartridge.

Fluidesa - Model FA Series - Wound Cartridges Open-End for Sediment

Our Polypropylene wound cartridges are part of the depth and deforming cartridge series. They are manufactured using only 100% pure non-toxic polypropylene yarn. This series offers an excellent ratio between cost/quality, even though usually referred to as “economic-type” they are manufactured so as to guarantee a high nominal filtration level.

Fluidesa - Model UF Line - Ultrafiltration Cartridges

The UF LINE cartridges are designed for ultrafiltration of water by hollow fibers. Ultrafiltration is a filtration process that allows the separation of unwanted substances, even very small ones, in the water. The pores of the membranes are so small that bacteria and even viruses are too large to pass through. The micro-pores present on the surface of the hollow fiber membrane, with a diameter of 0.1 micron, retain all the impurities greater than this diameter. Viruses, bacteria, cysts, solid particles and turbidity (as long as they are larger) are thus blocked on the outside of the hollow fiber, while the dissolved salts and essential elements, at the molecular level, are useful to the human body, pass through and flow towards the user.
