Construction Management Services

Driven by customer concerns for dealing with multiple entities during the life cycle of a project, FB&D offers a variety of approaches to managing the construction and support services for our clients. Although FB&D provides complete construction management during the execution and implementation phase of a project, our belief is that the use of our construction management services over the full life cycle of the project provides the greatest benefit to our client. Project Controls

Project Controls, as provided by FB&D, is a systems based approach to assuring project cost and schedule adherence. The tools and resources assigned to a project are based on project size, complexity, time frame, and the level of detail required to control the project. FB&D`s Project Management team will work with client management to establish an agreement on amount of project controls required to effectively manage a given project.

Inspection Services

FB&D In-plant & Source/Vendor Surveillance Inspection Services: FB&D offers a total inspection package designed to meet each client`s needs and requirements. Our Inspectors function as representatives for our clients and serve under their direction as liaison between the owner/user and the primary fabricator and/or contractor. We also can provide Inspection Coordination for owners using third party inspection service providers, in-plant unit inspectors for routine run, and maintain inspectors for new in-plant projects or offsite projects, and inspectors for maintenance turnarounds.
