The side channel single-impeller and single-stage (MS) blowers represent one of the main FPZ product ranges. A point of reference in many fields of application, the MS blowers are characterized by a compact design that allows a higher installation flexibility compared to other product families.

A side channel blower can cover a wide range of flow/pressure combinations. The maximum flow rate that can be treated is 2.400 m3/h while the relative pressure range goes from -450 mbar (vacuum) to +650 mbar (pressure). Thanks to the blower’s modular features, this performance is achieved by combining the blower in different settings.

The double impeller single stage blowers are equivalent to 2 MS blowers in parallel with a single electric motor. This allows an increase in the fluid volume, reaching flow rates up to 2400m3/h-60hz. Characterized by a high installation flexibility, TS blowers are designed to allow the installation of the largest number of accessories available in the catalog.

The single impeller double stage blower family was designed as a natural evolution of MS, to allow an increase in the pressure / depression level. Characterized by similar dimensions to MS, therefore compact in size, MD represents the product family with the lowest energy consumption for the same performance.

The double stage double impeller blowers represent an evolution in terms of the fluid volume conveyed if compared to the MD family. Corresponding to 2 MD blowers in series with a single electric motor, the TD is the only machine with a configuration in which the inlet is opposite to the exhaust. The most common version has the horizontal motor, but the monobloc execution can also be installed with the vertical axis.
