Frank Corp.Environmental Services is an environmental contractor providing diversified and quality services. Frank Corp. has been serving Southeastern Massachusetts since 1957 and remains the largest underground utilities contractor in the region. Our careful attention to safety and operational planning have become the hallmark of Frank Corp. Increasingly we found that our projects required a great deal of environmental sensitivity. To that point we formed an environmental services division fully equipped and trained to deal with environmental issues that impact commercial, industrial, municipal, public and private customers.
