Friess - Model VOD16 - Oil Dewatering System
FRIESS vacuum Oil Dewatering Systems remove water, gases and dirt particles from hydraulic oils, turbine oils and other mineral oils. Even small amounts of water can cause considerable damage in hydraulic, lubricating or turbine oils: Oxidation in particular causes corrosion nests to form in lines and at the bottom of tanks, as well as unwanted rust particles that cause premature wear of sliding and sealing surfaces. In addition, vapor bubbles can form, which initiate cavitation and destruction of the pumps. The insulating effect of transformer and condenser oil is also significantly reduced.
Oil Skimmers
Friess - Model S100 - Oil Skimmer
Do you have very large basins and tanks where the fluid level vary considerably? Then we recommend the Friess Oil Skimmer S 100. Due to the design of the Model S 100, lifting heights of up to 20 m can be achieved while compensating for fluid level fluctuations of up to 2 m.
Friess - Model W40 - Oil Skimmer
In case of large tanks with a width of 800 mm or more, our Friess Oil Skimmer W40 is the right choice. Floating oils in basins of different sizes are no longer a hurdle with FRIESS oil skimmers. Our Model W40 has been specially designed for basins with a width of 800 mm or more. The length of the basin can extend beyond 20 m.
Friess - Model W20 - Oil Skimmer
Optimal for use in particularly narrow tanks with a width of 500 - 1000 mm. This model is shines when removing oil from very narrow basins with a width of 500 – 1000 mm. The length of the basin can be up to more than 10 m. In addition, it can operate at a head of up to 600 mm above the surface of the bath.
Friess - Model 1U - Oil Skimmer
Your Oil Skimmer for oil removal in small emulsion tanks or degreasing plants. Basins with a surface of up to 1 m² are no problem for our FRIESS oil skimmer 1U. Even at a height of up to 600 mm above the tank surface, our system reliably removes floating oil.
Friess - Model 1S - Oil Skimmer
Do you have oil in small emulsion tanks, cooling water basins or pump sumps? If the surface area is up to 1 m², the Model 1S from Friess can help. The special feature of the FRIESS oil skimmer 1S is the special guidance of the oil collector tube. This enables lifting heights of up to 10 m without the system losing its functionality.

Magnetic Filters
Friess - Model SMF - Self-Cleaning Magnetic Filter
Never get your hands dirty again: Smart cleaning thanks to semi-automatic cleaning system. The cleaning process on this model is particularly practical. Unlike the ASMF, it is not fully automatic, but manual cleaning is very easy and convenient: only a few levers need to be operated. The clear advantage here is that the filter no longer needs to be opened. This saves you from dirty hands and at the same time minimizes the effort required for cleaning.
Friess - Model ASMF - Self-Cleaning Magnetic Filter
The fully automated solution from FRIESS: Strong magnetic pull and designed for a flow rate of up to 300 l/min. The FRIESS Magnetic Filter ASMF not only removes iron, steel and stainless steel particles from all kinds of process fluids, but can also clean itself. As a fully automated system, it therefore proves particularly useful at all locations where few personnel can be deployed.
