The TrapBlaster™ 7 is the flagship of the FSX Complete DPF Cleaning System. This cleaning machine is large and versatile enough to clean and process 99% of the DPFs and DOC in the marketplace. Patented technology scans each cell of the DPF individually with bi-directional air knives. The automatic cleaning system can be customized to clean filters up to 26″ in diameter and gets under flanges to guarantee the best clean. The technology of the FSX TrapBlaster™ 7 has become the industry standard and will clean and test up to 16 filters during an 8-hour shift. This machine is very popular in high-volume service shops.

The FSX TrapTester™ is an airflow test bench designed for testing diesel particulate filters (DPF). The FSX TrapTester™ is the most widely used DPF test bench in the world. It is recommended by original engine manufacturers (OEM) remanufacturing centers and dealers worldwide. The machine is simple and easy to use. Test results from the FSX TrapTester™ can be compared to the FSX Baselines Chart which lists target pressure ratings for each DPF by part number.

The TrapBurner™ 8 is a kiln that uses thermal cleaning technology to burn off any remaining soot that could not be removed by pneumatic cleaning. Using ambient air the FSX Trapurner™ 8 is able to safely deliver heat to avoid any kind of thermal damage. Two in every ten filters need Stage 2 thermal regeneration. Embedded programs allow for easy start-up. The FSX TrapBurner™ 8 will create a fresh-out-of-the-box clean look for diesel filters.

The FSX SootSucker™2 is a powerful dust collector designed to capture soot and ash particulate released during pneumatic cleaning in the FSX TrapBlaster™ and FSX CatBlaster 2P. As a fully contained dust collection system, the FSX SootSucker™2 is able to keep the air in the shop clear of hazardous particulate. Capturing particulate optimizes the performance of the FSX pneumatic cleaners.

The FSX CatBlaster 2P is a pneumatic cleaning machine designed to clean closed-end DPF and DOC found on light-duty and automotive diesel engines. The touchscreen makes the machine simple to use and is adaptable to fit the majority of filters.

The FSX TrapBurner Extension Ring adds additional height to your TrapBurner™ 7 or 8, allowing Stage 2 Thermal processing of larger height filters (up to 40” long), or to allow 3 filters (no longer than 17”) to be processed simultaneously, tripling your processing capacity!

Expand your TrapBurner 7 or 8 to accommodate more DPFs by adding the FSX Filter Rack. This allows you to perform a Stage 2 Thermal cleaning of two (2) standard size DPFs (17” or shorter) at the same time.
