Gama - Ink Viscosity Control System
The VIS-G20 is engineered for the precise regulation of viscosity in solvent-based inks prevalent in printing industries such as rotogravure, flexography, and varnishing. Utilizing a vibration sensor immersed in the ink, the system accurately measures viscosity without the use of moving parts. This sensor emits a frequency that varies upon contact with the ink, allowing continuous monitoring and management based on set references. The system’s interface is user-friendly, making it simpler for operators to adjust settings and maintain optimal ink consistency. The VIS-G20 can be integrated into the main ink flow or positioned derivationally for versatility. Upon completing work, the system cleans itself, simultaneously washing the inking circuit, thereby ensuring minimal maintenance requirements. This effective control system comes with a display panel, management options, and various technical components such as the G20-VID control and the RIV-VBR-G20 detector.

Gama - Ink Solvent Viscosity Controller
The VIS-G26 is an advanced microprocessor-controlled system designed to regulate the viscosity of solvent-based inks. Utilizing a vibration sensor that is immersed directly into the liquid, the system measures viscosity without any moving parts. The sensor emits a frequency that alters upon contact with the ink solvent, allowing precise viscosity measurements in terms of seconds (using standards like ZAHN, FORD, etc.). The system can be placed in series with the ink flow or in a derivation setup. As it analyzes the viscosity, it operates a correction valve to adjust the ink's fluidity to the set reference value. Additionally, the integrated cleaning functionality automatically washes the viscometer along with the inking circuit after use. This system is suitable for applications such as rotogravure, flexography, coupling, reprinting, and varnishing. The VIS-G26 can be integrated into a printing machine with options to manage display panels and various control configurations, ensuring efficient and consistent ink viscosity management.
GAMA - Microprocessor-Based Ink Viscosity Control System
The VIS-G29 is designed to regulate the viscosity of both water-based and solvent-based inks using a sophisticated microprocessor control linked with a vibration sensor. This sensor, which is submerged in the liquid, operates without moving parts and measures viscosity by evaluating frequency changes when in contact with the liquid. The system can be configured either in series with the ink flow or as a bypass. By interpreting frequency data, the system calculates the viscosity in seconds using standards such as ZAHN and FORD cups. The system also features a correction valve to maintain the desired viscosity level as per a predefined reference. An automatic cleaning function is integrated to clean the viscometer and the inking circuit at the end of operations. The VIS-G29 allows for the integration of a pH control system to provide a comprehensive ink management solution.
Gama - Adhesive Material Viscometer
The VIS-G30 is a sophisticated viscometer engineered specifically for the precise regulation of viscosity in adhesive materials, such as glues and varnishes. It utilizes a vibration sensor immersed directly into the liquid, eliminating the need for moving parts. This sensor emits a frequency that changes upon contact with the liquid, allowing for accurate viscosity measurements in seconds (using standards like cup ZAHN, FORD, etc.). The system can be integrated in line with the flow or used as a branch for ink flow derivation. It features an intelligent control valve that maintains viscosity based on predefined references. The VIS-G30 also offers automated cleaning functionality at the end of operations, coinciding with the inking circuit wash, ensuring minimal maintenance. Suitable for applications including rotogravure, flexographic printing, coupling, reprinting, and various types of varnishes.
Gama - Ink pH Control System
The G31 system is designed for the control and monitoring of pH levels in various materials, which is essential for maintaining quality in printing processes such as rotogravure, flexographic printing, coupling, reprint, and varnishing. The system uses a dedicated pH sensor to measure the ink's pH, which is then sent to an electronic control unit. This unit operates with preset values for the base liquid and water valves, ensuring the pH remains stable. The G31 system consists of a specially developed pH detector for each color, pneumatic valves, and management software. It also includes a pH probe that can be integrated into the viscosity detector. The automatic regulation feature of the G31 system maintains a stable pH by adjusting the flow of the base liquid and water based on the calibration set by the operator.
