The VIS-G26 is an advanced microprocessor-controlled system designed to regulate the viscosity of solvent-based inks. Utilizing a vibration sensor that is immersed directly into the liquid, the system measures viscosity without any moving parts. The sensor emits a frequency that alters upon contact with the ink solvent, allowing precise viscosity measurements in terms of seconds (using standards like ZAHN, FORD, etc.). The system can be placed in series with the ink flow or in a derivation setup. As it analyzes the viscosity, it operates a correction valve to adjust the ink's fluidity to the set reference value. Additionally, the integrated cleaning functionality automatically washes the viscometer along with the inking circuit after use. This system is suitable for applications such as rotogravure, flexography, coupling, reprinting, and varnishing. The VIS-G26 can be integrated into a printing machine with options to manage display panels and various control configurations, ensuring efficient and consistent ink viscosity management.

The VIS-G26 is a system for the regulation of the viscosity of the solvent-based inks. The measurement of the viscosity takes place thanks to a vibration sensor immersed in the liquid to be analyzed, without moving parts.
It, in series with the flow, emits a frequency that in contact with the liquid is changed, may alternatively also be installed in derivation to the ink flow.
From the analysis extrapolates the viscosity in seconds (cup ZAHN, FORD, …) and by the correction valve maintains the management based on the reference set. The cleaning of the viscometer performed at the end of work, at the same time washing the inking circuit.
