Dannenbaum Engineering is considered by many to have one of the most experienced flood plain management groups in Texas. Our hydrology and hydraulics experts use field studies and sophisticated computer modeling to determine flood plain limits and provide the most accurate representation of what occurs during flooding.Land Development
Dannenbaum Engineering provides a full range of services to developers and builders of land development projects. This includes planning, layout and site-civil design, and construction phase work. We’ve completed more than 150 residential projects since the 1940s, and our commercial experience has established Dannenbaum as one of the leading commercial development consultants in the Southwest. A major facet of land development projects is drainage. Geotechnical Laboratory Services
Gannett Fleming operates a fully equipped, 2,000-square-foot soils laboratory. The lab is certified by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Accreditation Program to perform 28 American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and/or AASHTO test procedures.
