Pilot Plant
GEA Filtration - Model M - Membrane Filtration Pilot Plant
The GEA Filtration Model M pilot plant is a laboratory-scale test plant designed for feasibility testing of cross-flow membrane filtration applications in the Micro Filtration (MF), Ultra Filtration (UF), Nano Filtration (NF) ranges. The unit can be set up for evaluation of a variety of membrane formats including spiral-wound, ceramic, stainless steel and hollow fiber. The modular design allows the Model M to be built with fully customized design solutions including construction materials and material finishes, operating configurations and parameters, sanitation/sterilization protocols and instrumentation/automation level.
GEA Filtration - Model T - Membrane Filtration Pilot Plant
The GEA Filtration Model T pilot plant is a pilot-scale plant designed for application development of ceramic microfiltration and ultrafiltration. The unit can be configured for evaluation of separation characteristics of up to three different membrane porosities in parallel or it may be used to optimize process parameters once a particular porosity of membrane has been determined.
GEA Filtration - Model L - Membrane Filtration Pilot Plant
The Model L membrane filtration pilot plant is designed for performing preliminary membrane screening tests for all membrane filtration technologies (Membrane Filtration, Ultra Filtration, Nano Filtration and Reverse Osmosis) quickly and economically on small volumes of feed material.
GEA Filtration - Model R - Membrane Filtration Pilot Plant
The Model R membrane filtration pilot plant is a flexible unit to perform pilot studies on the full range of membrane filtration technologies (Membrane Filtration, Ultra Filtration, Nano Filtration and Reverse Osmosis) under a wide range of operating conditions.
GEA Filtration - Model G - Membrane Filtration Pilot Plant
The GEA Filtration Model G membrane filtration pilot plant is a pilot-scale plant designed specifically for application development utilizing specialized tubular microfiltration membranes cast on a microporous, sintered stainless steel support structure.
GEA Filtration - Model C - Membrane Filtration Pilot Plant
The Model C membrane filtration pilot plant is a flexible unit for testing ceramic membranes on low pressure Membrane Filtration and Ultra Filtration applications. Model C pilot plants can be configured to run higher pressure Ultra Filtration/Nano Filtration applications as well as other tubular membranes (inorganic or polymeric).
