Fully automatic ASTM D1160 unit for distillation of crude oil residue or lubricating cuts, with automatic procedure from preheating to reduced pressure.  No operator intervention up to the final boiling point (FBP) and automatic return to atmospheric pressure.

Fully automatic distillation unit, in accordance with ASTM D1160 method, distills crude oil residue or lubricating cuts with automatic procedure from preheating  to reduced pressure, up to the final boiling point (FBP) and return to atmospheric pressure, without any intervention of the operator.

Fully automatic ASTM D2892 unit for distillation of crude oils, bio-fuels or petroleum cuts, with automatic procedure from initial heating to reduced pressure.  No operator intervention up to the final boiling point (FBP) and automatic return to atmospheric pressure.

Our fully automatic distillation unit in accordance with ASTM D2892 method, distills crude oils or cuts with automatic procedure from debutanization to reduced pressure, with operation intervention (approx. 5min) only to remove prepared fractions at the end of each 3-4 hour sequence (if more than 12 fractions need to be prepared). Unit includes a D2892 column and a stainless steel boiling flask with capacity 2L to 30L capacity. Special column and flask sizes available on request.

The VW6-V3 includes a heating rate controller for the heating reactor mantle, a timer, a glass reactor and viscometer tubes holder, and a top condenser cover. The utilities required are a power supply 110V or 220V and a tap water supply.
