GECIL - Model MINIDIST PLUS Type E V7 -Automatic Batch Distillation Unit

This unit facilitates all types of discontinuous distillation of chemical and organic components for boiling temperatures up to 200°C/392°F under atmospheric pressure, as well as, vacuum down to 1 mmHg (the atmospheric equivalent temperature, AET, of 400-452°C/752-845°F).

 

The complete batch distillation can be performed from the IBP to Final Boiling Point (FBP) within 5 to 18 hours upon the appliaction and sample type . All sequences are chained automatically. When the next step involves a pressure change, the sample charge flask is automatically cooled to a preset temperature and returned to atmospheric pressure. The operator may replace distillate receivers at any time, with empty ones before approving the continuation of the next step toward FBP. The fractions can be measured by temperature and/or % volume set points. 

 

The MINIDIST PLUS types E process cabinet is a closed cabinet with safety doors for easy access and maintenance. Version V7.0 includes a built-in Linux industrial controller with interface process boards, color LCD display, industrial alphanumeric keyboard, and mouse. There is no longer a need for an external Windows PC supervisor.
