Geiss Richard GmbH products

For about 20 years, hydrocarbons, especially isoparaffin HC, have been employed for removing fat and for cleaning purposes. They are distinguished from the remaining HCs by a significantly less powerful odour. Since the HCs are multi-material mixtures, they exhibit no defined boiling point but rather a boiling range. Their inflammability also requires additional measures.

Chlorinated hydrocarbons (CHCs) are water-endangering substances and particularly TRI and perchloroethylene (trichloroethylene and perchloroethylene) are poorly biodegradable in soil and water. Due to this hazard potential result fundamental requirements on the storage, filling and decomposition of the CHCs. Richard Geiss GmbH already met these requirements in the early 1990s and has developed double-walled safety containers for the safe handling of CHCs.

Expended goods container: double-walled and gas displacement capable safety container for liquids of hazardous substance classes 3, 6.1, 8 and 9. Can be equipped with a limit indicator against over-filling; with couplings for drip-free transfer of solvents.

Expended goods container EB 200 (TR): double-walled and gas displacement capable safety container for liquids and liquid sludges of hazardous material classes 3, 6.1, 8 and 9. Can be equipped with a limit indicator against over-filling; with couplings for drip-free transfer of solvents.

Fresh goods container: double-walled and gas displacement capable safety container for liquid hazardous materials of class 6.1 (Per, Tri, Met), class 3 (inflammable solvents) and conditionally class 8. Equipped with an immersion pipe for removing solvent; with couplings for drip-free transfer of solvent.
