At Gem Manufacturing, we take a collaborative approach to process/tool design. Involving Gem early in product development can yield cost savings, enhance the performance of your product and improve manufacturability. Parts produced from alternative processes can often be redesigned for manufacture as drawn metal components. 

Gem Manufacturing operates three, large modern facilitates, housing 90 multi-station transfer presses and 40 high speed progressive die presses that enable us to deliver fast turnaround of superior quality precision deep drawn metal stampings.

Gem Manufacturing`s precision wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) services provide economically produced prototype to mid-volume quantities of parts with complex shapes and intricate contours that would otherwise be difficult to machine using conventional methods. We are capable of 3-axis EDM machining parts measuring up to 14.5" x 10.5" x 6.00" from aluminum, stainless steel, carbide, titanium and copper, as well as extremely hard metals, such as tool steel. Utilizing wire diameters from .006" - .012", we can produce features as fine as .004".
