Our multifunctional sensors “3D ACC” were designed for precise frequency analyzes in the low-frequency measuring range of 0.1 - 10 Hz. They are characterized by maximum flexibility with an optimal cost-benefit ratio and record both acceleration and inclination angles of components. The measurement chain, reduced to a minimum, contributes significantly to reducing interference caused by environmental influences, making our sensors an extremely robust and reliable solution. However, a special unique selling point of this sensor system is the low noise ratio of 0.087 mg RMS/√Hz at an output data rate of 100 Hz. The intelligent sensor system architecture enables each sensor to be individually adapted to measurement and customer requirements as well as online calibration Sensors in setup.

Our modern data loggers were developed for a wide range of applications and offer the customer a flexible solution for condition-based maintenance. They were designed for mobile use and are independent of the system`s power supply and can be used both offline and online. This offers maximum robustness even in difficult areas of application. The data is provided with a microsecond-precise time stamp for storage and can be easily accessed via our web interface, so that the operator does not need to install any additional software. Data storage is possible in a variety of formats (e.g. CSV).

The “RS485i” to USB converter provides a flexible solution to acquire data from GEPA GmbH Sensors and other RS485-enabled sensors, featuring free software for visualization, logging and sensor parameterization. Due to the intelligent interface, direct logging to USB sticks and hard drives is possible using the innovative one-click installation-free data logging solution.
