Our multifunctional sensors “3D ACC” were designed for precise frequency analyzes in the low-frequency measuring range of 0.1 - 10 Hz. They are characterized by maximum flexibility with an optimal cost-benefit ratio and record both acceleration and inclination angles of components. The measurement chain, reduced to a minimum, contributes significantly to reducing interference caused by environmental influences, making our sensors an extremely robust and reliable solution. However, a special unique selling point of this sensor system is the low noise ratio of 0.087 mg RMS/√Hz at an output data rate of 100 Hz. The intelligent sensor system architecture enables each sensor to be individually adapted to measurement and customer requirements as well as online calibration Sensors in setup.

The multifunctional, 3-axis acceleration sensor “3D ACC” is based on the integration of the latest MEMS technologies into the proprietary sensor architecture. Our “3D ACC” sensors meet the IP65 classification and follow VDI guideline 3834 “Measurement and assessment of mechanical vibrations of wind turbines”. This results in a wide range of possible uses for our intelligent sensor technology.
