Components - Material Takeover
Geroldinger - Big Bag Discharge System
Applications: All bulk goods delivered in BigBags. Advantages: Small buffer (no stops during BigBag change). Closed system (very little dust generated). No discharge problems from the buffer (in contrast to direct discharge from BigBag).
Geroldinger - Railcar Unloading System
Applications: All bulk materials delivered in bulk railcars. Sizes: Inlet opening individually adapted to the wagon’s size, Optional installation on the left, in the middle, on the right or on all sides of the track. Conveying capacity up to max. 400 m³/h 400 m³/h.
Geroldinger - Truck Takeover System
Applications: All bulk materials delivered in tipping trucks. For Tipping Trucks: Inlet opening approx. 3.0 x 3.0 m, Conveying capacity up to 400 m³/h.

Applications: All bulk materials. Advantages: Closed system, Inexpensive solution for vertical bulk material transport.
Geroldinger - Screw Conveyer
Applications: All bulk goods except for pasty bulk goods (e.g. filter cake). Advantages: Closed system, Can also be reversed (transport to the left or right).

Applications: All bulk materials. Advantages: Closed systemm Multiple inlets and outlets possiblem Mechanical conveying over long distances possible.

Geroldinger Multigon - Angular Silo
Applications: All bulk goods. Preferably with hygroscopic bulk goods (e.g. urea). Preferred for non-flowing bulk solids (e.g., film chips)
Geroldinger - Round Silo
Applications: Preferred for slightly cohesive bulk materials (e.g. flour), Preferred for hygroscopic bulk materials (e.g. urea).
