Level Sensors
Levelslick - Level Sensor for Challenging Liquids
LevelSlick specialist level sensors for challenging liquids - reliability, whatever the media. LevelSlick has been designed for use in all conductive water-based liquids where reliable, maintenance-free operation is important. Using a special PTFE coating allows the sensor to operate in challenging liquids that contain particles or suspended matter, and also in viscous liquids and corrosive fluids whilst maintaining reliable measurement without the maintenance that would otherwise be necessary.
Gill - Liquid Level Sensor
The Liquid Level Sensor is available in lengths up to 2m long and is designed for environments where monitoring of a variety of liquid types is required. The sensor uses solid-state capacitive technology to sense the level of the liquid, with no moving parts, floats or other mechanical linkages to provide excellent long term reliability.
Gill - Lightweight Level Sensor
The Gill liquid level sensor is a lightweight, solid-state capacitive liquid level sensor available in an almost unlimited combination of length and mounting arrangements, all delivered in short lead times. It is compatible with a wide range of liquids and is able to operate in high temperatures.
Oil-Debris Sensors
Weardetect - Oil Debris Sensor With Display
WearDetect Oil Debris Sensor comprises two key elements. The sensor probe, that comes with multiple thread adaptor options, is coupled with the gearbox in place of the standard magnetic drain plug. The probe is then connected by wire to the separate electronics module, which turns the sensor signals into useful data. This data is then relayed via analogue or digital communications protocols for display or post-processing.
Position Sensors
Gill - Dual Output Position Sensor
The Dual Output Position Sensor is a unique non-contact sensor which measures either the linear or rotary position of a metallic activator accurately and repeatably. The output characteristics of the sensor are determined by the shape and material of the activator, which moves within two sensor cavities and produces a signal relative to its position.
Engine Controls - Ignition Modules
Gill - Ignition Module
This economical ignition module is designed for engines from 1 to 6 cylinders - up to 800 in3 (13 L) total displacement which will benefit from the latest in inductive ignition technology. Inductive technology allows for adjustable continuous spark duration - up to 1,500 microseconds on rich-burn, lean-burn, naturally aspirated or turbocharged versions. Fuel types such as natural gas, propane, LPG, landfill, digester and other biogas fuels are also compatible.
Gill - Ignition Module
The GS12 is the flagship of ignition. The module delivers up to 3,000 microseconds of continuous spark duration using inductive ignition technology. Along with all of the other features, the GS12 comes with real-time secondary diagnostics as standard. This allows for an overview of ignition performance and the ability to set alarms if the parameters are exceeded.
