GJF has invested heavily in the business, introducing latest technology to its manufacturing processes including, laser profile cutters, CNC saw / drill line and robotic welding. The high levels of quality achieved translate into better dimensional stability and less distortion for our products.
The company has installed custom-built spray booths to impart a durable finish through the application of primer and enamel paint top coats.

Through Lean Manufacturing we aim to shorten lead times, increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), improve labour productivity, improve administration and co-ordination efficiency.
