The Series 800 offers feed rates up to 100 PPD (2 kg/hr) with automatic switchover option available.

Now Hydro Instruments also offers this popular and proven design as a reliable and economical alternative. The Series 300 offers feed rates up to 500 PPD (10 kg/hr). Systems are available with automatic switchover capabilities and the vacuum regulators can be outfitted with an optional out of gas alarm switch.

Chlorine Dioxide Solution

Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CLO2) Chemical), 300 ppm / 99.5% Pure. Pre-made solution is ideal for trials and low-demand applications. Sold in a range of sizes from 5 gallon pails to 275 gallon totes, the solution can be transported and utilized anywhere in the U.S. The containers are equipped with Dry-Mate Connections, which make switching out containers a simple and safe process.

Pressurized Flow Tablet Feeder

For applications where you need a tablet feed system to provide chemical disinfection for a pressurized water system (ie. a water distribution main), Global Treat, Inc. has the solution for you. The Vortex Chlorinator takes the mystery out of on-site, engineered tablet feed systems. These advanced technology chlorination systems are designed from scratch, up to the complete package and are used for municipal and industrial water disinfection. With no moving parts, a high energy vortex mixing chamber produces calcium hypochlorite solution at less than 1/4% (.25%) concentration precisely metered by a positive displacement pump. The vortex tablet chlorination systems are the state-of-the-art in water treatment systems.

Gravity flow tablet feed systems are low maintenance, simple, and an extremely effective means to treat water or wastewater. They can be used in residential or small commercial onsite applications, storm water treatment, or remote potable water systems.

Chemical Dilution System

Acid Eddy - Acid Dilution Trough

The Acid Eddy Chemical Dilution Trough was designed to protect cooling tower basins from corrosive chemicals. The chemical dilution trough is raised on the inlet, creating a main current of water and chemicals downhill. As the acid/ water solution flows over a series of baffles, the barriers impede the current main flow, which creates multiple "eddies". These eddies then dilute the acid chemicals before it enters into the cooling tower basin. Chemical Injection Skid

Chemical injection skids are available for hazardous locations and can include multiple metering pumps with electric stroke control. The suction strainer, calibration columns, and isolation valves make up the manifold. Discharge piping is complete with check valves, relief valves, and isolation valves. These custom turnkey pump systems are built in-house to meet your specifications. They are available with controls and drives for pumps that are tested prior to shipment.

Main Connects (Injection Quills)

Main Connections and Injection Quills will improve the injection and diffusion of corrosive chemicals into a pipeline. In addition, they will accomplish this without damaging the pipe or threaded port at the point of injection. By injecting the chemical solution from the third to the center flow of the pipe, the more turbulent, higher pipe velocity improves chemical dispersion and results in a better mixed chemical solution.
