Global Water Technologies, Inc. is an innovative company that identifies, develops and commercializes new non-chemical, filtration and other technologies to improve water efficiency. As a small company with a wide network of contacts, Global Water can move quickly to identify opportunities, incubate new technologies and connect them with thousands of shareholders who want to invest in this sector.

The company establishes collaborative partnerships to move new technologies through the following four stages:

Technology level- identify new technologies that fit the company's mission and present a good opportunity to create value in the development and commercialization process.

Project level - establish project teams to move selected technologies forward by using the resources of Global Water and its strategic partners to complete technical and market analysis with successful pilot testing.

Subsidiary level - create company subsidiaries to commercialize technologies that have demonstrated market potential at the project level. Such subsidiaries will generate operating profits for Global Water.

Exit level - license of technology and/or sale of subsidiary to recognize value for Global Water shareholders.

Electric H2O, Inc. is the current subsidiary of Global Water Technologies and it utilizes non-chemical water treatment to prevent scaling in cooling towers through its line of ED2000™ ED2000PLUS™ and AquaPhysics™ systems.

Developed through research at Drexel University, the three proprietary technologies address scale, microbiological growth, corrosion and fouling in cooling water systems. Reducing scale in such heat transfer equipment is a key way to improve efficiency and save energy. The ED2000™ line of products have been designed to use a patented electronic control box and offset coil enclosure to fit around pipes and deliver an oscillating electric field that precipitates dissolved solids into crystals so they do not form scale on heat transfer surfaces.

Global Water Technologies is introducing a comprehensive approach of 'people + pipes + policy' with new technologies to reduce water loss in U.S. drinking water systems.

Using a patented new technology from Europe that combines sensors + software to monitor pressure, flow and noise in underground water mains, the system provides real-time monitoring and condition assessment to target growing leaks before water mains break. The technology has been deployed in a number of countries in Europe and Asia and the company is now seeking a pilot project demonstration in the United States.
