GOES GmbH products

Our frac blenders are a proven reliable system to support customers quality hydraulic fracturing operations. The equipment is designed and tested to operate in ambient temperatures from -40 degrees up to 55 degrees Celsius and can deliver up to 130 barrel per minute.

GOES Data Vans (Data Control Centers) are available as truck, trailer or skid-mounted versions. Trailer mounted versions are also available with slide-out system. The interior will be jointly and individually designed with the customer. Besides a better image in front of the customer, GOES Data Vans reduce the amount of required operators, improve performance quality and offer real-time data collection.

The GOES Cementing units (single or twin pumping unit) are having  an automatic or manually controlled re-circulation cement slurry mixing system. Truck, trailer and skid-mounted designs are in place and various customer specified tank sizes are possible. We also offer Batch Mixing Units as truck, trailer and skid-mounted unit. All cementing equipment is available for onshore and offshore applications and is coming with the required certification and professional documentation.

GOES Batch Mixing Units are available as truck, trailer or skid-mounted systems. The key characteristics of our batch mixers are simple operations and maintenance and providing a wide range of density options and a homogeneous slurry. Batch Mixers are designed with redundant circulating and discharge centrifugal pumps such that slurry can be mixed in one tank while slurry is discharged from the other. Our design also allows either slurry centrifugal to circulate and discharge from either tank.This redundancy provides backup if one of the centrifugal pumps should ever have an issue. Our automatic density control system can be ordered to support the mixing process. GOES Batch Mixing Units are available up to flow rates of 15bbl/min.

GOES Acid Pumping Units accomplish high horsepower pumping, acid transportation, filtering and fluid mixing capabilities to the well site in a single package. The efficient design allows operators to do several acidizing treatments. Our flexible configuration with varying power is tailor fit to meet the demands of various formations and treatment programs. Acid Pumpers are available as truck, trailer or skid-mounted configuration. Different piping and tank System materials are available. Real-time monitoring and recording with post-job report and stand-alone data acquisition system. Offshore Units can be provided with DNV 2.7.1 and ATEX certification.

Different oil and gas plays require different HP-ratings and often are located in rough environment. Different countries require different truck, trailer or skid mounted configurations to optimize transportation costs and to comply with road regulations. GOES GmbH is offering standard Frac pump designs from 1.000 HP to 3.000 HP – depending on customer needs.
